Assembly
Cut part outlines
Sand reference edges
Drill non-critical holes
Assemble front and sides on base
Remove front and sides
Press tee nuts into bed
Clamp and screw together part stacks
Mark stack orientation
Drill critical hole 1
Insert pin rod
Drill critical hole 2
Disassemble part stack and mark orientation

Press rods into back
Put bushings on rods
Press front onto rods
Align sides
Flip upside down
Locate lower bed
Glue outer sides of bushings and cure
Check for free motion
Glue inner sides of bushings and cure
Attach front and back to base

Press rods into right side
Put bushings on rods
Press left onto rods
Align sides
Press tee nuts into rear Y-axis plate
Locate rear Y-axis plate
Glue outer sides of bushings and cure
Check for free motion
Glue inner sides of bushings and cure
Attach sides to base

Grind flats on ends of Z rods
Pot spindle into Z plates
Pot rods into lower Z plate
Put bushings on rods
Pot in upper Z plate
Align sides
Locate front Y-axis plate
Glue outer sides of bushings and cure
Check for free motion
Glue inner sides of bushings and cure
Screw together Y-axis plates
Confirm free motion on X,Y,Z

Separate Y-axis plates
Sand all leadscrew nuts
Install X stepper/leadscrew/nut
Position nut and bed
Protect leadscrew
Epoxy nut and cure

Install Y stepper/leadscrew/nut
Position nut and Y-axis plates
Protect leadscrew
Epoxy nut and cure

Clear excess epoxy around Z stepper
Reinstall Z axis
Glue, clamp, align, cure Z stepper
Glue, install, cure Z nut

Finish assembling spindle
Install motor
